The Fidelis Partnership (TFP) is pleased to announce the addition of Suzanne Wells as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Erik Manning as Head of Ceded Reinsurance.
Wells will officially assume her responsibilities in July 2025, bringing her expertise to the London office. She transitions from her role at Arch Insurance International, where she served as Deputy UK COO, managing critical functions including operational excellence, underwriting operations, and strategic portfolio management. Her previous experience includes nearly a decade at Aviva and leadership roles at AXA.
In April, Manning will take on his new role based in Bermuda. He will work closely with Doug Somerville, Head of Capacity and Ceded Reinsurance Placement, focusing on strategic relationships, capital markets, retro, and index products. Manning’s extensive 30-year tenure in the reinsurance industry includes his recent position as Director at BMS Re, and previous leadership roles at Miller, Peak Capital Ltd. (Bermuda), Lutece Holdings Ltd. (Bermuda), Aon, Markel Re, and Guy Carpenter.
Deputy Chairman of TFP, Charles Mathias, expressed his enthusiasm: “We are thrilled to have Suzanne join as our COO.
