• 2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil
• 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
• 200 grams of cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 cup of milk or cream
• Salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
• Finely chopped parsley or fresh basil, for garnish

How to Prepare Cheddar Pasta

• In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta until it is al dente, following the package instructions. Drain the pasta well.
• In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
• Add the drained pasta to the skillet, tossing it to coat evenly with the garlic-infused butter.
