• 1 small potato
• 1 teaspoon of labneh cheese
• 1 teaspoon of olive oil

Instructions to Prepare Cauliflower-Potato Puree with Labneh Cheese

1. Start by boiling the cauliflower florets and potato together until they are tender.
2. Once cooked, drain the water thoroughly as this can sometimes cause gas in your baby.
3. Mash the vegetables using a fork until smooth.
4. Add labneh cheese and olive oil to the mashed vegetables.
5. Mix well, adding half a tea glass of water to reach the desired consistency.
6. Serve the puree to your baby fresh and warm.
