Aon Appoints Natalie Lim as Agriculture Retrocession Leader in Singapore

Global insurance and reinsurance firm, Aon, has announced the appointment of Natalie Lim as the Agriculture Retrocession Leader based in Singapore. In this newly assumed role, Lim will concentrate on advancing the agriculture retrocession sector and spearheading the development of innovative agriculture insurance solutions across the region.

Lim embarked on her journey with Aon in September 2017, initially taking on the role of Senior Broker and Livestock Specialist. She quickly rose through the ranks, being promoted to Associate Director by April 2020. Most recently, since April 2022, she has been at the helm as the Head of Agriculture Analytics and Parametrics, Asia, where she has been instrumental in crafting analytics tools and services tailored for agriculture reinsurance.

In a recent LinkedIn update, Lim expressed her enthusiasm about her new position, stating, “Looking forward to leveraging my experience to drive the development of new agriculture (re)insurance solutions.”
