This situation is not entirely unprecedented, as early deliveries by transport companies sometimes lead to stores selling products ahead of schedule, often under the table. Additionally, employees with access to the stock might get a sneak peek. However, Nintendo’s cautious approach seems to have effectively curtailed this early access issue.
