Responding to a viewer’s query, Almarzooqi mentioned that the Switch 2 is currently locked and will remain so until it receives a necessary update on the official release day.
This situation is not entirely unprecedented, as early deliveries by transport companies sometimes lead to stores selling products ahead of schedule, often under the table. Additionally, employees with access to the stock might get a sneak peek. However, Nintendo’s cautious approach seems to have effectively curtailed this early access issue.
