Anadolu Sigorta Triumphs with Gold Effie in Insurance Services

Anadolu Sigorta, Turkey’s pioneering national insurer celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, has clinched the prestigious Gold Effie award at the Effie Turkey 2025. Recognized globally as one of the most esteemed accolades in marketing and advertising, the Effie award underscores the efficacy of Anadolu Sigorta’s marketing strategies.

Marketing and Customer Management Manager Elif Banu Kocaoğlu proudly accepted the award in the “Insurance Services” category on behalf of Anadolu Sigorta. The honor was attributed to the company’s innovative “Var Mı Bi’ Şey?” advertising campaign, crafted by TBWAİstanbul and brought to life under the direction of Eli Kasavi with the collaboration of IPG Medya.

The “Var Mı Bi’ Şey?” campaign aims to demystify the often-perceived distant nature of the insurance industry, especially during damage claims. Utilizing humor and relatable everyday scenarios, the campaign effectively communicates its message. The commercial film cleverly highlights Anadolu Sigorta’s unique unlimited voluntary liability coverage, which not only protects the insured but also covers the damages of the other party involved.

Effie, recognized worldwide as the ultimate benchmark for marketing and advertising effectiveness, is conducted in 55 countries by advertising agency associations and advertiser groups affiliated with the European Association of Communication Agencies. Since 2005, Effie Turkey has been organized by the Advertisers Association and the Advertisers Association. The competition evaluates national-scale campaigns within a specific timeframe, influencing the global Effie Effectiveness ranking for brands and agencies.
