Anadolu Sigorta honored at Istanbul Marketing Awards for outstanding communication and sustainability achievements.


Anadolu Sigorta achieved remarkable success at the Istanbul Marketing Awards, earning four prestigious honors that highlight its transformative approach to corporate communication and sustainability. The awards were presented during a grand ceremony held at Zorlu PSM on December 17, reflecting the company’s strength in both brand storytelling and social responsibility.
Among its distinctions, the project titled “Centennial Signature – Anadolu Sigorta 100th Anniversary Gala Night” captured the attention of the jury, earning recognition in three categories: Corporate Brand Communication, Corporate and Brand Events, and Anniversary Communication. These awards celebrate how the company’s century-long heritage has been seamlessly woven into its forward-looking vision, turning an anniversary into a powerful expression of brand identity and cultural continuity.

It demonstrated how a historic brand can transform its roots into a modern narrative—drawing strength from the past while inspiring future generations. Representatives Meltem Okatan Çalışkan, Öznur Eren, and Levent Mumcu proudly accepted the awards on behalf of the organization.
In addition to its communication triumphs, Anadolu Sigorta’s sustainability-driven project “Eyes of the Forest” stood out for its innovative use of technology in environmental protection. Implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry’s General Directorate of Forestry, the initiative won the award for Sustainability: Initiative for the Climate. By using artificial intelligence in fire surveillance towers to detect wildfires at an early stage, the project sets a new benchmark in how business and technology can work together to preserve nature.
Corporate Communications, Sustainability, and Disaster Management Coordinator Berna Semiz Ergüntan emphasized that their approach goes beyond simple messaging: “We view communication as a meaningful process that creates value, touches communities, and builds long-term trust. The Centennial Signature reflects our legacy and future vision, while Eyes of the Forest transforms sustainability into a tangible and measurable outcome.”
