AmRisc, a key subsidiary of CRC Group, has proudly announced the successful renewal of Trouvaille Re Ltd., its innovative insurance sidecar, ensuring continued collateralized reinsurance capacity for its coastal commercial E&S property insurance portfolio. This renewal marks the commencement of another underwriting year starting from April 1, 2025.
With the support of Stone Point Capital, the 2025 transaction has garnered $580 million in underwriting capital for AmRisc, a significant increase from the $325 million raised in 2024. The capital is sourced from a diverse group of institutional investors, along with capacity provided by the transaction’s fronting carrier, MS Transverse.
