Alliant Insurance Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Danny Reeder as a vice president within its esteemed employee benefits group. Operating out of Utah, Reeder brings a wealth of over 13 years of experience in strategic benefits consulting, self-funding, and cost containment.

In his new role at the national insurance brokerage and advisory firm, Reeder will focus on assisting employers in navigating the intricate world of employee benefits and healthcare. He will achieve this by crafting optimized, cost-effective benefit strategies. His expertise is highlighted by his proficiency in carrier negotiations, self-funded plan design, and developing tailored solutions that harmonize benefit programs with overarching organizational goals.

He also possesses additional industry insights from his leadership experience within the health and wellness sector, including serving as vice president of a health product distribution company and founding his own wellness brand.
