General Manager Ender Güzeler shared insights on these developments: “Our growth over the past year is a testament to our strengthened presence in the industry and our expanding team. As we grow, we are committed to enhancing our work environment and service quality. Our new office space is designed to foster comfort, efficiency, and creativity, promoting better collaboration and communication among teams. This year, we allocated 42% of our general expense budget to personnel expenses to ensure employee satisfaction and boost productivity, which remains our top priority.”
Güzeler highlighted a planned technology investment of approximately 360 million TL for 2025, stating: “Our approach to digitalization is holistic. We are not only updating our systems but also creating solutions that enhance efficiency in the operations of our employees and partners, providing more user-friendly experiences. The transformation of our core insurance system will make our infrastructure faster and more integrated, with new interfaces that simplify business processes for our partners.
