Celestial Guardians: A New Pokémon TCG Set
The Pokémon TCG Pocket is set to expand with a fresh collection inspired by the Nintendo 3DS games, Pokémon Sun and Moon. This exciting new set, titled Celestial Guardians, will be available starting Wednesday, April 30. Featured prominently are the legendary Pokémon of the Alola region, Solgaleo and Lunala.
The set also introduces Alola’s iconic starter Pokémon: Rowlet, the whimsical grass-type owl; Litten, the fiery feline; and Popplio, the enchanting water-type seal.
In the initial trailer for Celestial Guardians, fans are treated to glimpses of various Pokémon forms, including two distinct Oricorio styles. Additionally, players will encounter Alolan Meowth, Alolan Raichu ex, Alolan Vulpix, and Alolan Marowak.
Trainer cards in the set feature familiar items like the Rotom Dex and a Rare Candy. Supporter cards boast an array of characters, including Ilima, Lana, Kiawe, Acerola, Mallow, Sophocles, and Lillie. As of now, details regarding Ultra Beasts remain under wraps.
Additionally, next week, players can look forward to acquiring several Rayquaza ex promo cards through engaging missions.
