MNK Group, a renowned specialist in re/insurance brokering, has unveiled ambitious plans for strategic expansion, focusing on both organic growth and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The organization has disclosed that several M&A transactions involving broking and insurance carriers are currently in progress and will be disclosed soon.
During its annual industry gathering at The Sky Garden on April 3rd, 2025, MNK Group introduced its integrated brand, which combines its broking, MGA, and risk-taking divisions to deliver a seamless customer experience. The revamped group website now unifies all associated entities throughout the UK, Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and the Far East.
MNK Group’s specialized brands feature Lloyd’s broker MNK International, offering reinsurance solutions to clients in over 130 countries. The newly launched brand also encompasses Specialty MGA, a collective of MGAs providing capacity for niche lines and complex risks. The group includes Insurer MNK Seguros, facultative and treaty reinsurance firm Mekong Re, and property and casualty insurance and reinsurance entity Florida Re.
With operations in rapidly expanding global markets, the new branding signifies a pivotal step in consolidating MNK Group’s progression, with several innovative products under development to assist its international clientele.
