Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), a subsidiary of Marsh and a leading provider of business insurance, employee benefits, retirement and wealth services, and private client insurance across North America, has announced the acquisition of Arthur Hall Insurance, a prominent agency located in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
Established in 1966, Arthur Hall Insurance offers comprehensive commercial and personal insurance solutions to clients nationwide. The agency excels in sectors such as life sciences, information management, non-profits, craft beverage production, and municipal services.
As part of this strategic transition, all Arthur Hall employees, including President Jim Denham, will integrate into MMA, continuing their operations from existing offices in West Chester, Pennsylvania, and Wilmington, Delaware.
Andrew Neary, CEO of MMA’s East region, emphasized, “Our clients are navigating challenges on multiple fronts, and our strength lies in anticipating these shifts and preparing them for any situation.” He added, “We are excited to incorporate the business insurance acumen of the Arthur Hall team into our services in the region, while establishing a foothold for MMA in Delaware.”
