David Sherborne, representing the plaintiffs, stated that the two-day hearing focuses on the presentation and examination of evidence in preparation for the main trial anticipated next year. Sherborne mentioned that investigations have revealed indications of widespread illegal information gathering by newspapers, but the extent remains partially undisclosed due to insufficient documentation.
On the other hand, ANL’s legal team argued that the plaintiffs, including Prince Harry, have yet to present concrete evidence supporting their allegations.
