The newly leaked battery pack images reveal a unit that is distinctly smaller and lighter than the current Vision Pro battery pack.
The images, initially shared by Sonny Dickson on the X platform and subsequently removed, showcase a new color option known as Midnight Blue. The swift removal of these images, likely to prevent legal repercussions from Apple, adds credibility to the authenticity of this leak. Fortunately, smaller versions of the images were captured before they could be completely withdrawn from public view. The Midnight Blue finish of the leaked battery pack complements the previously disclosed Vision Air power cable, suggesting that these parts may indeed belong to the same device.
This more compact battery dock for the Apple Vision Air is designed with user comfort in mind, aiming to reduce fatigue during use. However, experts caution that this reduction in size could potentially lead to a decrease in battery life.
