Fidelis Insurance Holdings appoints Jonny Strickle as Group Managing Director, strengthening leadership for future growth and innovation.
Fidelis Insurance Holdings Limited, a prominent player in the specialty insurance sector, has announced the appointment of Jonny Strickle as their new Group Managing Director. Strickle will be reporting directly to CEO Dan Burrows.
Having first joined Fidelis in 2020, Strickle advanced to the role of Group Chief Actuarial Officer following the completion of the Separation Transactions in 2023. With an impressive career spanning over 15 years in the insurance industry, Strickle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his expanded responsibilities.
Before his tenure at Fidelis, Strickle served as the Head of Reserving at a Lloyd’s syndicate and gained valuable experience as an actuarial consultant at EY. A Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, he is well-credentialed with both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Warwick.
