- 2 teaspoons of rice
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 1 small apple

Follow these steps to create a nutritious and delicious dessert for your little one:

Start by thoroughly rinsing the rice under cold water.

Combine the rice with 1 cup of boiling water in a small saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender.

Peeled and core the apple, then puree it until smooth. Add the apple puree to the cooked rice.

Continue to cook the mixture for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, to meld the flavors.

Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the pudding to cool slightly.

Once the mixture has reached a warm temperature, stir in approximately 30 cc of follow-up milk to enhance nutritional value and creaminess.
