Set on the rugged, mythical island of Berk, where Vikings and dragons have been at odds for generations, young Hiccup, portrayed by Mason Thames (known for The Black Phone and For All Mankind), dares to be different. As the inventive yet underestimated son of Chief Stoick the Vast, voiced once again by Gerard Butler, Hiccup challenges age-old traditions by befriending Toothless, a once-feared Night Fury dragon. This unexpected friendship unveils the true nature of dragons, shaking the very core of Viking beliefs.
Alongside the brave Astrid, brought to life by BAFTA nominee Nico Parker (Dumbo, The Last of Us), and the village’s eccentric blacksmith, Gobber, played by Nick Frost (Snow White and the Huntsman, Shaun of the Dead), Hiccup faces a world divided by fear and misunderstanding.
