MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500: Unveiling the Next-Gen Powerhouse

MediaTek is steadily advancing towards the release of its 2025 flagship chipset, the Dimensity 9500. Recent leaks from Digital Chat Station provide tantalizing details about this upcoming technological marvel.

The Dimensity 9500 will be crafted using TSMC’s N3P node, promising a groundbreaking leap in CPU core architecture. This chip will also house a much more robust NPU, elevating its processing capabilities.

Further enhancing its performance, the chip will be equipped with 16MB of L3 cache alongside a 10MB system-level cache. It will support LPDDR5X RAM with speeds up to 10,667Mbps and will feature UFS 4.1 for storage.

On the graphics front, the chipset will integrate an Immortalis-GPU with advanced ray tracing capabilities and optimized power efficiency. For AI tasks, the NPU 9.0 is anticipated to deliver an impressive 100 TOPS.

According to DCS, the official unveiling of the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 is expected to take place in October or November, marking a significant milestone in mobile processing technology.
