Students from Marmara University’s Insurance and Actuarial Science Department visited Abdurrahman Köse, President of the Stronger Agents Platform, to closely follow current developments in the insurance sector and gain industry experience.
The visit was also attended by İsmet Küçüksarı, Deputy General Manager of Gross Insurance, Zuhal Yaltırak, General Manager of Lavinya Insurance, and Turan Altın, Founder of Gold Garaj. The meeting covered topics such as the current state of the insurance sector, attracting young people to the sector, and strengthening agencies.
The productive meeting resulted in an agreement on sharing knowledge and experience, as well as developing joint projects. Participants emphasized the importance of cooperation between the industry and academia, stressing that students’ active participation in the sector would be supported.
The visit concluded in a friendly atmosphere over a pleasant breakfast.
