Unico Sigorta recently hosted a pivotal meeting that brought together loss adjusters from 48 provinces across Turkey, aiming to assess its visionary strategies for the year 2025 and evaluate sectoral developments. This extensive gathering saw the participation of nearly 250 loss adjusters and reporters, marking a significant step in the company’s strategic planning.
During the meeting, the updated structure of the Unico Sigorta claims organization for 2025 was presented in detail, along with essential information regarding claims processes and expectations from loss adjusters. The strategic initiatives designed to keep pace with evolving sector dynamics and enhance customer satisfaction were also unveiled.
The meeting’s agenda was packed with critical discussions on topics such as field control and audit mechanisms, expertise processes and practices, salvage and tender process management, investigation of suspicious damages, and spare parts supply systems. Each of these areas, along with the expectations from loss adjusters, were thoroughly examined and deliberated.
