Emphasizing the importance of people in all business operations, Unico Sigorta is noted for its commitment to employee loyalty and satisfaction. In the 2024 assessment, the company achieved remarkable results with nearly 100% participation, a 79% engagement score, and a 91% satisfaction rate, marking a significant improvement with a 4-point increase in engagement and a 7-point boost in satisfaction compared to the previous year.
The Kincentric Best Employers program, in operation across 78 global markets, has been a part of Turkey’s corporate landscape since 2006. In the 2024 survey, around 430 companies from 44 different sectors participated, yet only 31 companies earned this esteemed accolade. Beyond employee engagement, Unico Sigorta excelled in strategic dimensions such as “Agility“, “Engaging Leadership“, and “Talent Focus“. The company scored above average in these areas, showing a 5-point advancement from the previous year, indicative of consistent growth.

Unico Sigorta expanded its workforce from 243 employees at the end of 2023 to 315 in 2024, reflecting a 30% increase. With a dynamic and adaptable organizational framework, the company aligned its recruitment processes with corporate objectives and assembled qualified teams.
