The Galaxy S25 series has proven to be a significant success for Samsung, as reflected in this year’s sales statistics shared by Hana Securities. Within the first two months of its release, the Galaxy S25 lineup, which includes the Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25, collectively sold 9.16 million units.
Leading the sales charge is the Galaxy S25 Ultra, with an impressive 5.08 million units sold. Following closely, the Galaxy S25 achieved sales of 2.41 million units, while the S25+ accounted for 1.67 million units sold. It’s noteworthy that the combined sales of the S25 and S25+ are still a million units short of the S25 Ultra’s figure.
For context, the Galaxy S24 series achieved a total of 23.4 million units sold over a span of seven months. In that period, the Galaxy S24 Ultra was the standout performer, with 11.2 million units sold. Additionally, sales figures for the Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 were 4.71 million and 7.49 million units respectively. However, it’s important to note that the current figures for the S25 series are based on just a two-month period.
Looking forward, Samsung aims to manufacture 37 million units of the Galaxy S25 series by the year’s end. If this target is met, it would mean the S25 sales surpass the Galaxy S24 by 2 million units.
