MSI has introduced two new models of the GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card, specifically designed for small form factor (SFF) PCs: the Cyclone and Inspire versions. These models boast unique designs and specifications tailored for different user needs. The Cyclone version measures 16.1 x 12.5 x 4.2 cm and weighs 451 g, while the Inspire version is slightly more compact at 14.5 x 12 x 4.5 cm but heavier at 581 g, attributed to its additional front panel.
While both models share the same core specifications, their cooling systems differ. The Cyclone is crafted for gaming enthusiasts, offering optimized cooling for extended gaming sessions. In contrast, the Inspire is designed for content creators, focusing on rendering efficiency and stability. Both variants feature a single-fan setup, ensuring they remain compact while delivering performance.
Both the Cyclone and Inspire models are equipped with an 8-pin power connector, achieving a maximum boost frequency of 2535 MHz with a power consumption of 145 watts. MSI has not yet disclosed the pricing and release date for these graphics cards. Built on the Blackwell architecture, the GeForce RTX 5060 comes with 3840 CUDA cores and 8 GB of GDDR7 VRAM, connected through a 128-bit memory bus. The cards support PCIe 5.0 x16, three DisplayPort 2.1b interfaces, and a single HDMI 2.1b port.
