Krafton has unveiled its financial results for the first quarter, showcasing a significant boost in revenue. The company expressed satisfaction with inZOI’s contribution during this period and highlighted PUBG’s remarkable sales achievements.
Krafton experienced a notable 31.3% growth in sales compared to the same quarter last year, reporting revenues of nearly $607 million within the first three months. The total profit for this period was reported at $318 million.
The company emphasized the pivotal role of inZOI in driving these sales figures, with increasing performance on both PC and mobile platforms. Notably, PUBG Mobile sales in India were exceptionally strong, contributing significantly to the overall success.
It is noteworthy that PUBG continues to set records even after eight years since its launch. According to Krafton’s data, the average daily concurrent player count reached an impressive 1.4 million in March. Meanwhile, inZOI sold over 1 million copies in its first week, providing an additional boost to the company’s success.
