Garanti BBVA customers are currently encountering access issues with the Garanti BBVA mobile application. Due to these disruptions, users are unable to perform any transactions as they cannot log in to the app.
According to data from Downdetector, users have been reporting access issues since 3:00 PM. Despite the passage of approximately two hours, the connection problem remains unresolved. Until the technical issue is rectified, customers will be unable to carry out any transactions via the mobile app. Alternatively, transactions can still be conducted by accessing the internet branch through a browser.
Users attempting to log into the bank are encountering error messages such as “We apologize, we are unable to process your transaction at this time. Please try again later.” and “Device pairing has been removed. You can continue to use your app by logging in again.” At this time, users have no option but to wait for the error to be resolved.
Due to the ongoing access issue that has persisted for around two hours, customers have taken to the X (Twitter) platform, voicing their concerns under the hashtag #garanti. This hashtag quickly gained traction, with over 2,000 posts shared, propelling it to the top of trending topics.
Garanti BBVA has released an official statement addressing the access issues. The statement reads: “Currently, there is a technical glitch in our systems. We are working diligently to resolve the problem as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding.“
