• 16 wooden skewers
• 2 packs of your favorite sausages

Instructions for Perfect Corn Dogs

• Step 1: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, sugar, and baking powder. Once combined, incorporate the egg and milk into the dry ingredients, mixing until you achieve a smooth batter.
• Step 2: Heat the vegetable oil in a deep saucepan over medium-high heat. While the oil is heating, carefully insert a wooden skewer into each sausage, ensuring they are securely held.
