This new narrative expansion will introduce a fresh ally, novel abilities, exciting events, and a backstory poised to leave a significant impact on the game. Additionally, players will have access to a free research mission titled ‘The Works of Luis Frois’. Other enhancements include a codex update and quality of life improvements.
Later in May, players can anticipate a special update featuring co-op, parkour, and photo mode enhancements. Moving into June, the second story expansion will be unveiled, complete with a new ally, unique abilities, engaging events, and a backstory designed to transform the gaming experience. A new free research mission called ‘New Ally For Your League’ will also be available, alongside new difficulty settings, immersive gameplay options, an open world alert system, and a cutscene title option.
Post-June, Ubisoft plans to introduce a time-based New Game+ option, updates influenced by community feedback, new story content, exclusive collaborations, codex updates, Animus content, and exciting new rewards. Additionally, there will be optional paid content available in the in-game store and an adventurous journey to the island of Awaji with the Claws of Awaji expansion. Players who pre-ordered the game will have access to this at no extra cost.
