Ardonagh Advisory Acquires ALP Holdings and Letton Percival Ltd

In a strategic move to strengthen its regional footprint across the UK, Ardonagh Advisory has announced the acquisition of ALP Holdings (Liverpool) Ltd and its wholly owned subsidiary, Letton Percival Ltd. This Liverpool-based company has carved out a niche for itself in providing bespoke insurance solutions, earning a strong reputation for client-focused service. The existing team of 17 professionals will remain intact, operating under the guidance of directors John Leaver and Andrew Leaver, ensuring continuity for their current clientele.

Richard Tuplin, CEO of Ardonagh Advisory GI Broking, emphasized that this acquisition represents a significant step for the group. “I am thrilled that ALP is joining our business, facilitating the development of our presence in Liverpool,” Tuplin expressed. “Their outstanding team and legacy of prioritizing clients make them a perfect fit for Ardonagh.
