Anadolu Sigorta, marking its 100th year in the Turkish insurance industry, has attained remarkable success by scoring 90.75 points in the Happy Place to Work – Turkey’s Happiest Workplaces Survey. This accolade highlights the company’s commitment to enhancing employee experiences through robust strategies and initiatives.
The company participated in the ‘Turkey’s Happiest Workplaces’ survey conducted by Happy Place to Work, achieving a high participation rate. This success was celebrated with the ‘Excellent Employee Experience’ certificate and award. The survey aimed to measure ‘Success, Pride, and Trust,’ foundational elements for sustainable high performance. Anadolu Sigorta’s impressive participation and insightful feedback from employees distinguished it in this assessment.
In the second phase of the process, Anadolu Sigorta was required to showcase its practices supporting a people-oriented work culture and provide evidence of their sustainability. The final score was determined after evaluating the company’s presentation of its employer branding activities and detailed human resources (HR) practices.
İdil Pamir, Deputy General Manager of Anadolu Sigorta, expressed pride in receiving the ‘Excellent Employee Experience’ award, especially after being selected as the ‘Happiest Workplace’ in its sector for two consecutive years. She emphasized that the cultural transformation undertaken with the motto ‘Happiness at Work’ played a critical role in achieving this milestone.
