In a groundbreaking move, Xiaomi has teamed up with Polyphony Digital to bring the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra to the renowned racing simulator, Gran Turismo 7, available on both PlayStation 4 and PS5. This marks a historic moment as it’s the first time a Xiaomi vehicle graces the virtual tracks of the Gran Turismo series.

Gran Turismo is celebrated for its commitment to delivering a highly accurate driving simulation experience. It leverages engineering parameters that mirror real-world vehicle performance, impacting gaming and fostering a global community of automotive enthusiasts. Furthermore, it plays a role in advancing vehicle dynamics and safety technology.
In May 2025, the creator of Gran Turismo, Kazunori Yamauchi, visited Beijing to meet with Xiaomi Group’s Founder, Chairman, and CEO, Lei Jun. During his visit, Yamauchi had the opportunity to test drive the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra and tour Xiaomi’s innovative EV manufacturing plant in Yizhuang. At the event, he lauded the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra as a remarkable vehicle within the smart EV sector, highlighting its impressive performance on the Nürburgring Nordschleife as evidence of Xiaomi EV’s engineering prowess.
By incorporating the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra into Gran Turismo 7, the development team, in collaboration with Xiaomi EV, endeavors to authentically replicate the vehicle’s luxurious aesthetics and dynamic driving capabilities. This high-performance electric vehicle will soon be available to Gran Turismo 7 players worldwide, offering them an extraordinary virtual driving experience.
