These accounts will be managed by the child’s guardians and will accept contributions from family, employers, and various organizations.
Addressing the unrest in Los Angeles, Trump criticized California Governor Gavin Newsom for his handling of the situation. He stated, “They didn’t dare to act, so we deployed the National Guard.” Trump accused Newsom of losing state control and dismissed the governor’s legal threats against federal intervention as politically motivated.
When questioned about potential crimes committed by Newsom, Trump quipped, “His primary crime is running for governor; he’s done a terrible job.” Trump emphasized his reluctance for a civil war, stating, “I don’t want a civil war, but we will send more troops to Los Angeles if necessary.” Regarding the possible deployment of Marines, Trump added, “We’ll see what happens. I believe we have the situation under control.”
On the subject of Gaza, Trump revealed ongoing diplomatic efforts involving Hamas, Israel, and Iran to facilitate humanitarian aid. He stressed, “Our goal is to recover hostages. It’s a complex but crucial process, and we anticipate progress soon.” Trump also addressed Israel’s military actions, saying, “We’re seeking solutions to prevent further devastation.”
Discussing trade talks with China, Trump expressed optimism, stating, “We’re in a strong position. Frankly, China has exploited America for years. Our tariffs during my first term have reclaimed hundreds of billions.” He underscored the importance of fair and sustainable agreements.
Regarding nuclear negotiations with Iran, Trump highlighted Tehran’s unacceptable demands, notably their refusal to abandon uranium enrichment. He remarked, “This is non-negotiable. The alternatives are dire, but we’re hopeful for an agreement,” announcing further talks scheduled for Thursday.
Trump addressed his strained relations with Elon Musk, responding to Musk’s impeachment remarks with, “These statements reflect a delayed change of stance. During our business dealings, he was different. Now, his opinions are irrelevant to me.” When asked about communicating with Musk, Trump commented, “I haven’t considered it. If I were him, I’d want to talk to me, but I have no issues with it.”
