Unlike traditional basketball simulations, NBA The Run centers around three-on-three street basketball matchups. Instead of full-court realism, players will experience fast-paced, skill-driven urban challenges where creativity meets strategy. The game is being officially licensed by the NBA, meaning fans can still choose their favorite professional players to form their ultimate street squads.
Adding a nostalgic touch, Bobbito Garcia—best known for his commentary in the classic NBA Street series—will return as the voice of the court, enhancing the overall atmosphere of the game.
NBA The Run is expected to launch next year across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Although the exact release date has not yet been revealed, the game’s concept suggests a bold and exciting change for basketball fans worldwide.
