Sharing his views on the collaboration at the ceremony, Türkiye Sigorta and Türkiye Hayat Emeklilik General Director Atilla Benli stated that they have taken important steps in the issue of participation insurance, which is listed as a priority issue in the New Economy Program, and that they are pleased to collaborate with Emlak Katılım Bankası in this regard. Benli said, “We have signed a five-year exclusive agency contract. I’m happy to report that production has begun in all branches following the conclusion of the integration processes. I consider it quite valuable that two such prestigious companies, both of which bear the name of our country “Türkiye” in the titles of their institutions, have joined forces in the sphere of participation insurance, which we place a high value on. Participation insurance has been in operation in our country since 2009, and its share of premium production in the sector has reached 5%. I want to emphasize that we work hard to advance this field at every chance. As Türkiye Sigorta, we are working to add more value to life. I would like to express my gratitude for everyone who contributed to our collaboration, and I believe that our collaboration will be beneficial to our sector and institutions.”

“We will ensure that time is saved”

“We offer insurance products that comply with the principles of Participation Finance to our customers, and we are happy to realize this offer with the products of Türkiye Sigorta, one of the most important insurance companies in our country,” stated Nevzat Bayraktar, General Director of Emlak Katılım. Within the framework of integration with Türkiye Sigorta, we hope to develop a system that can be used continuously on behalf of our bank. We intend to create data that is custom to our customers and to put in place a structure that will allow us to work again in the future. Furthermore, we believe that we will save time for both our customers and our bank. The generated data is managed in coordination with Türkiye Sigorta. According to the terms of the contract, we intend to serve our customers as smoothly and quickly as possible. For example, under our new TCIP contract, which is obligatory for our customers with insurance products, we seek to provide genuine customer satisfaction with immediate service. I hope that the collaboration would be helpful and beneficial for the bank, the insurance sector, and our country.”
