However, 20 days after the accident, they told me that they could not build the vehicle because the parts had not arrived.

When they didn't make the vehicle, I changed the service. This time they didn't direct the parts to my new service. I told Allianz about the situation, but they did not return. Although the parts have arrived, I do not understand why the insurance company, service and expert prevent the parts from reaching our hands. I have really been miserable for two months. I want my voice to be heard."
