Arsan Tekstil Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş., whose facilities were severely damaged in the earthquakes centered in Kahramanmaraş, has taken a precautionary attachment decision for Anadolu Sigorta A.Ş., stating that it did not cover its losses.

Arsan Tekstil Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. from Kahramanmaras has taken a precautionary attachment order against the bank accounts, all movable and immovable properties and rights and receivables from third parties of Anadolu Sigorta A.Ş., which has not covered its damages seven months after the earthquake.

50 PERCENT OF THE POLICY AMOUNTS ARE IN THE AMOUNT

Our policies are indexed to 60 percent annual inflation. Our company also has a loss of profit insurance policy. The insurance company's expertise and damage assessment studies are ongoing to determine the damage caused to our production facilities due to the earthquake.

In the statement, it was noted that the measures to be taken and the actions to be taken in order for the production facilities to start operating again will be determined when the damage assessment studies of the insurance company are finalized and concluded, and it was evaluated that 'We do not foresee any period of time for re-operation since the damage assessment studies have not been finalized.
