Stating that they prioritize increasing customer satisfaction and making channel and field management more effective, Mr. Taha Çakmak underlined that they will continue to make Türkiye Sigorta the assurance of 85 million people. Mr. Çakmak stated that the number of policyholders has reached 14 million with more than 3,800 agencies and nearly 5,000 bank branches and that they are working for a more active and widespread sales network with an innovative and strong sales channel management strategy. Emphasizing that sales channels will be further strengthened through cross-sales, Mr. Çakmak said: "The core of our sales strategy is the use of multi-directional channels and our customers. In the coming days, we will intensify our steps in this direction."
