The Koru Sigorta sales team came together between June 5th and 7th for an annual evaluation and to discuss their goals for the upcoming period.
The meeting, held at Fenerbahçe Topuk Yaylası in the Kaynaşlı district of Düzce, was attended by Kasım Yılmaz, the CEO of Koru Sigorta, department managers, and the sales team. The meeting program, set amidst the unique beauty of nature, commenced after lunch.
In his opening speech, Kasım Yılmaz emphasized the team's mission as Koru Sigorta's agency company and highlighted the importance of standing by the agents during these challenging times. He stated, "As technology continues to advance and play an increasing role in our lives, the insurance industry has also started to develop in parallel with global digital transformations. In this newly digitalized world, we, as Koru Sigorta, keep up with innovations and combine our customer-oriented approach with the advantages of technology in order to better meet the needs of both our policyholders and agents. With the transformative effect of digitization, we constantly renew our business processes. Following his speech, Yılmaz provided a general assessment of the industry, drawing attention to the company's production data and projections for the new year.
Throughout the two-day meeting, department managers and regional directors delivered presentations for the annual evaluation and presented suggestions for the goals of the upcoming period.
At the end of the meeting program, the participants engaged in a paintball activity and enjoyed pleasant walks by the lakeside.
